Will Robinson – Hem Moktan: He Made it

In Will’s words “This film is about Hem Moktan, I was blown away by Hem. Despite his past, he focusses on creating a positive future and making a change. He has cemented the importance of story to me. In times like these, a moment or a story can change everything. This is why I am proud to tell Hem’s. This is a documentary I filmed in Nepal in February alongside Matt Porteous telling the story of Hem Moktan.

Over the last two years, we have worked closely with GoodWeave, helping them to vocalize stories that help to positively influence societal norms and corporate practices to eliminate child labour.

The work GoodWeave do in order to ensure protections for at-risk populations in the supply chain not only create educational opportunities, improve conditions for workers, clean up supply chains, but fundamentally works to stop child labour in global supply chains. Permanently.”
